Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with purchases you make at child@heart.  If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the goods within 7 days of the shipment's receipt for a full refund (no refund on postage). 

The following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with no damage to the product or packaging.
• Product tags must still be attached. 
• All returns must be instigated within 7 days of order receipt.
• The return postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please contact us via e-mail or phone to report the problem and then post the product back to us.  We will subsequently arrange a refund.

When products leave child@heart they are carefully checked to ensure that they are not damaged in any way.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to rectify the problem.  Just return the item to us by following the Return/Exchange instructions above, and we will replace them or refund your money (including shipping charges).
